This is the TEAM TRIP -- players will ride with coaches in vans to Austin and back, as well as to games and meals.   Players will need to be at   the Lewisville Mall (previously Music City Mall) by 2:00pm on Friday 4/19.   We will swiftly pack up the vans and depart as soon as we are ready to go.      

Parents are welcome to follow the vans down to Austin.  We will  leave Austin on Sunday right after the last game.   Parents will pick up players at the Lewisville Mall when we return.   

Arrival In Austin:

• Players will arrive Friday Night on team van.
• Friday night dinner for the team will be pizza in the hotel lobby.
• Everyone should be ready for games which could begin as early as 8am Saturday morning.
• Coaches will post departure times (for each game) in the team chat so everyone is on the same page.  

Departure back to Dallas:

• Departure after last game on Sunday. 

Hotel in Austin, Texas:  

• Check In:   Friday, April 19th
• Check Out:  Sunday, April 21st
• Players will stay in rooms with their parents.  
• We have 6 teams going - please make sure to make your reservations in the hotel designated for your team.   
• If you are not able to accompany your player, please text coach Nate to arrange for a player room.  (Costs are shared by players in the "player rooms").
